Press menu button, surf through and come to setup wondow. Select "Restore default" in that window and press enter. Press exit. OK.

The TV might be going out, contact them because this is not normal. Check the power supply, and leave it off for a day maybe. Restore to factory settings too.

You'll have to take the cover off. This only consists of a few screws to remove, and lifting off the cover. When you have the cover off, try turning any white gears (carefully) to open the drawer. Some tray mechanisms have bad design. They refuse to open after a few months. This is in the design of the plastic parts and mechanisms of the cd drawer. Flawed design.
