Well that's the age old question. Is it worth repair? The problem is probably 6 capacitors in the power supply that have aged significantly. In my shop those caps would run approx $2.00 each with a total labor charge of $50.00. Now whats the charge where you live? Then you can decide if it's worth a $62.00 repair or a new monitor for $150.00. Good luck

The internal power supply in the monitor is about to die. This is a very common problem with LCD monitors after 2-3 years of use. This fault / alarm / warning is not listed anywhere and the company is no longer in business. Turn over the console and see if there is a door for a back up battery. It may be warning that it is running out. Do the same with the main control unit.
