Your owner's manual should give the error codes. No manual? manualslib.com may have it. YOu may want it next time anyway.

Contact asko... did you check the power going to the heating element. Or the control panel. If the unit doesn't know to work it won't I would check everything form the heating unit back

Have you clean the air vent out the one leading to the outside? One time we had one do the same thing because the vet was blocked it heated up to quick and sent the the message that the clothes was dry. I hope this helps
