Try power cycling it. Remove the mains plug for an hour. It is has an On Off button press it for a minute. For a knob, full it and leave two minutes. Hi, Please attempts to use oil to help gently open the door . Or you can start the machine and attempt to open the door then. Running the machine might free up the lock somehow. Thank you.

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to Frigidaire. Normally, you have to remove the top of the siphon. Cleaning the tray often doesn't work. Or you can remove the drawer, turn it over and run hot water into the hole until it clears.
