2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager "adjust rear hand brake 2003" Questions

adjust the handbrake provided the adjustment at the wheel is correct. I tried this successfully with my 2007 Grand Voyager which has rear disks with internal drums for the handbrake. I was lazy though
