Spray a little starter fluid into the throttle body and see if it starts. If it does, check fuel system pressure. If no pressure check fuel pump for operation. If it still does not start then there is an electrical problem which could be anything from a module to a fuse.

I have a question for you in order to be able to better help. Is there what appears to be a plumbing vent cap in that area? If so that is most certainly where your satellite prep cables are located. If not can I get a picture of the roof?

Should have the basic schematic in your owner's manual. If not, contact the mfg and see if you can download one or have it mailed. No luck? Google it. If persistent enough, you can find one.
