Hi, please double check that all the parts your replaced are compatible with your vehicle. Compatibility would be the only thing that I can think of. You might want to have a mobile mechanic diagnose the issue as well so they can see everything firsthand. They might use a multimeter to test all points of electric signals possible to make sure that each points is passing some type of current and there are no dead wires. Thank you.

Charge battery to full, start in neutral, still clicks? Bad ground, or bad connection. Jump starter solenoid with screwdriver,etc. if motor turns over the relay is bad. Chaz Moto DC

If you are not getting spark then it would be the CDI box, Coils, Pickup trigger in Engine.

Mine was doing the same thing and I had just rebuilt them. I did everything I could think of that it might be. Every piece had been changed out to new so I was lost... except the little round rubber seals that are between each Carb. There's 6 seals altogether. You listen to two bolts that run all the way through each carburetor to hold them together but you got to be really careful not take them completely apart because the little Springs will fly out of there couple of mine did and they're hard to get back but after putting those new seals in there that's why I fixed mine then it has just had to get it all set back right and it was good to go

Well I'll just tell you this if you're standing on the left side of the bike facing the gauges look straight down you're going to see the smaller round cylinder type deal that has two bolts in the top of it not the side but the top of it you pull those two bolts out then the starter will slide right out after you unhook the wire

All vehicles built after 1927, for road use, must have a working tail light. Yes it has one, probably needs a new bulb or reconnect the socket on the mud guard.

lots of places to leak , not just core plugs moved you from cars to MC rad leaks cap leaks, bad cap (seal inside split) head gasket bad. see Antifreeze in the oil? seen on dip stick or engine oil turns to milk. or chocolate milk? oops leaks to ground hot, testing parked see it leak with eyes, 12 to 15 psi pressure will be clear as day leaking if seen to ground. find where it leaks to first, then what is leaking next. compression tests. or rad leak down pressure testing tool. ask a shop to diagnose it/ not running Antifreeze per the manual?

Well as far as your starter goes you can either buy a new one for about 300 bucks or you can get like me and get pretty proficient at the rebuilding them it's probably the brushes aren't making contact with the armature pretty simple I use some brushes out of a old starter motor off of a car I had to modify them but they worked not an easy chore though

You have a CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) unit that needs replacing.

Yes, you may be getting too much air as the filter does provide some resistance. The most likely reason though is that something wasn't put back correctly in the carb cleaning, especially, slide, needle, jet and mixture screws..
