Need to know how to route the battery breather hose on a 2010 tw200. Hose was not attached when I bought the bike (new)

Take it to the shop and have them test the charging system. That way you don't buy a stator that you can't return then find that the problem was the regulator or the rectifier.

i have 03 yz 250 told that the hose you are talking about is drain for powervalve and when bike is ran in low rpm are not warmed up before its shut down load up of premix will drain from hose .i found that mine does not leak anything after hard rides on track.
SOURCE: too much fuel from breather hose
Are you sure it is not from the carb's overflow pipe?If any of the floaters inside is not cutting the gas it will overflow eventually. The floaters push a pin against a hole from where the gas comes through.Maybe one of those pins has damaged rubber nose and need to be replaced. You should also check the pipes from the tank to the pump if any of them is damaged.
