SOURCE: Fork oil level: 2006 KDX 200

This all depends on what size forks you have, but a good rule of thumb is 120ml. After that then what you want to do is to ride the bike and make adjustments to your front end until your liking.

SOURCE: KLX 250 won't fire - new battery

-check the fuse right hand side below the fuel tank and seat, see if it is blown.
- Check to see if plug has spark, replace if necessary .
- Did you run the bike with a low battery before replacing it? could be that your stator is shot.
-Is bike trying to start but won't?

SOURCE: Amount of fork oil for a XR 250 1985 model with 10

13.4 ounces in each one. Or, with the fork spring removed and the forks compressed all the way, the oil level should be 150 mm (5.91") from the top of the fork tube.

2009 Kawasaki KLX 250 will not go into gear

1. Yes, this is a major issue! Its not the shift drum cam unless its broken in half. It might be the shift forks, Won't go into any gear? Is there spring pressure in the shifter or does it flop? Is the shifter TIGHT on the shift shaft? I think its time for a professional to look at it.

How do I check the oil on my kawasaki klx 250? Should I be able to see/touch the oil when I take the cap off the crankcase? Does the bike need to be straight up or is it ok if it's leaning on the...

Straight on stand and there should be a sight glass around the kick starter. look in the glass and you should see the oil. As far as what type oil and how much it takes, call Kawasaki on that one.
