The degree of difficulty depends on your mechanical ability and the tools you have to work with. The main tool you will need is a valve spring compression tool. It is sort of like a "C" clamp and compresses the valve spring to allow the two valve cotters to be removed. Once removed the rest of the valve assembly just comes apart. Be sure to seat the new valve using valve grinding compound. When removing the head, be sure to have the piston at TDC compression. Note the position of the timing mark on the OHC gear. Don't let the chain drop into the gear box. Hook a wire to it so it can't. Please rate my answer.

FIRST you need a service manual. You can't just put in a new valve, The seat needs to be resurfaced & you need some special tools for that. You will be best to pull the head & take it to a shop to have a valve job done correctly, But if you follow the manual exactly, You can save yourself a couple of hundreds. The big question is WHY did it bend a valve ? Have the shop help you.
