I have a 07 klx 250 1100 miles on it. Replaced battery and now will only run when choke is on. Stalls when you try to throttle or shut choke off. i have removed carb and throughly cleaned carb and jet. Reinstalled with the same result. Any advice???????
Hi buddy on carb is a mixture air screw fiddle with this till it runs if it doesnt i have another plan buddy get back to me with results

Okay here is an update. I removed the carb again and cleaned. reinstalled and now can get the bike to run with choke off and idle. I can run throttle up very slowly and get the rpms to come up only so far(approx 5000 rpm) until it acts like its running out of fuel. Checked tank lines, checked filter screen at fuel inlet on carb.

ok buddy try this screw and if no difference get back to me i have another answer on carb will be the mixture screw fiddle with this till it runs the further out the more fuel the further in the less fuel
