2004 Goldwing 1800. How can I replace the radiator?

Get a service manual.
there are two ways to go. both time consuming and of moderate difficulty.
My favorite is to remove the trunk, saddlebags, rear fender as a unit. Then the tire is in the open to work on. Not an easy job.

Pull the license plate cover off. the tail light harness is on the left side. Honda sells a pigtail that connects to it.

welcome to the world of mr honda goldwing were everything you touch invlves dismantling half the bike well unfortunately the radiator cap is no different,consult your owners manual(if you have one)like the 1500 and the 1200,the cap will be on the right ahandside beside the right fork tube and you guessed it you have to take half the bike apart to get at it,sorry,hope this helps
