Should be around 120 to 130 at cranking should have a decompression valve that brings it down to that, running it's around 170 to 180

Did you reset (adjust)the float inthe float chamber to tht carburator which is leaking ?
You will probabley have to adjust tht float to stop from overflowing in other words we call it flooding.
Check the float pin of wear at the tip.
