It might be a sensor or control board problem. Any appliance repair place should be able to help you out with this. Or you can try contacting the manufacturer directly for help or if you need to purchase replacement parts. Otherwise, my cheapest suggestion would be to hook the cooler up to a timer, so you can turn the unit on and off maybe every 20 minutes or so. That should help keep it from causing more harm and then you can monitor the temperature with a thermometer. Hope that helps!

SOURCE: Violent shake while cornering at lower speeds

hello and welcome
a couple of things that need to be inspected. the steering head bearings. with the bike supported you can check for free play with the steering stem and its holdings.
another is the rear tire. seems funny but vibrations and handleing i have seen do transfer from the rear at times. and if the tire may be out of balance it can throw the front tire wear off as well.
and another of course is the fork freeplay. as you r the dealerships should have inspected is the fork bushings. they have a teflon coating and if they wear down they can develop a clearance that results in bad front end handleing and tire wear. between any of those items you should be able to find the culprit. thank you.

SOURCE: my honda cbr 600 is struggling as if it keeps

It all seems to be leading to fuel starvation. Have you checked the tank breather is not blocked which can be a small hole in the petrol cap or a tube from under the tank. It could also be a blocked fuel filter. There should be two. One inside the fuel tank under the petcock, another before the fuel pump. Here is the workshop manual where you can find all info you will ever need for this bike.
Hop this has been useful, rate me if it has...?
Thanks and good luck.

I am unsure of what the fork pressure should be set at for a 1985 VT1100C Honda Shadow can anyone help me

hello crazypete...2-8 psi. is norm for the front forks...

442.5-447.5cc.(14.99-15.16oz.) is the fork oil capacity for each leg.

If your riding style is more on the aggressive side and do heavy braking, you can bump the air up a few pounds to prevent the nose from diving so much....i suggest not going over 30psi, because it will wreck the forks. The shop manual says 43 psi is max...i would never put that much.
Hope this helps. Ride safe.

1998 VT 1100 C Shadow Spirit: brand new battery;died after a few hours of ridein...

Could be, replace or have it tested. My old bike a 1998 VT1100CT had a problem with the starter being weak, like the battery was dying. Turned out to be the battery ground wire bolt, going to the back of the starter. It just had a little rust on it, and the bolt broke when I went to remove it. But once replaced the bike starts great, we replaced the battery, took apart the starter tested everything. All for a slightly rusted bolt not making a good ground... Check your Regulator, and any corrosion around the connections!

Valve adjust on 03 honda shadow vt1100c

If the same as 1985-1998 VT 1100 - you have a hydraulic valves, so NO adjusting, if Noise - valve tappets clogged, take out engine oil, use cleaning oil, start engine and run it till tapping goes away.
Then use Motul 10-40W, this one have add of cleaner in and better shifting.
