Changed fuel pump, throttle bodies, tps, map, plugs
SOURCE: fuel petcock
The petcock is what the fuel flows through when it comes out of the gas tank. It probably includes: * A switch with positions for On, Off and Reserve. * A fuel line going to the carburetors. * A vacuum hose attachment which attaches to a carburetor which tugs on a rubber diaphram to let gas flow through. * An overflow/drip valve from the vacuum area. It's located right under the tank on the rear/left side.

hey m8,,,just looked at your problem,,to start with i need to uliminate a few things first,,is the bike restricted do u no,, to 33bhp,,that sounds the problem,, the restrictors could be in the carbs,to check this take the top of the carb off pull out the spring, and needle,, on the diaphram check theres no pin holes,by holdin it up to the light,,then on the needle u may see a bit of a plastic spacer or down the inside of the carb,if so then take that out or off,,and repeat this to all 4 carbs,,if nothing is visable,,then check the spark plug caps, and ht wires on the coil,, to be sure change all the plugs if they are not the plugs that should be in the bike,,see spec in a manual,4 the right heated spark plug,, and change the plug caps, try this first m8,, if still not havin any of it, ,shout andil anserw m8,, cheers

I had an 07, I had to remove the lower and side fairings and then the bolts are visible, dont just lift it up because wires and the fuel line will be connected and tight. When you lift it, lift easily so you dont just rip everything, you should be able to lift it high enough to disconect the wires without damage.

Sounds like a good tune up is needed. Also check the fuel system to be sure everything is clean and operating properly.
