SOURCE: honda cbr 600 rr 2005 fuel tank removal

I had an 07, I had to remove the lower and side fairings and then the bolts are visible, dont just lift it up because wires and the fuel line will be connected and tight. When you lift it, lift easily so you dont just rip everything, you should be able to lift it high enough to disconect the wires without damage.

SOURCE: cbr 600 stalls afeter warming up

Sounds like a good tune up is needed. Also check the fuel system to be sure everything is clean and operating properly.

SOURCE: 2005 honda cbr 600 rr wont start and my head

check fuses for head light..check battery to insure >12.4v minimum! if not correct voltage you may have a cell going bad...take #1 spark plug out hang it to side of frame crank..does it have a big bluish spark? if it looks redish purple no good..pulse generators need to be ohmd out for opens.
if you"ve got "Good Spark" and "Good Voltage" push start the bike!
if it runs... but runs crappy then its a fuel issue which a can of Sea Foam from Autozone will cure $10 pour 1/3 can into 2 gallons fuel drive for 10 to 15 miles it will clean out all injectors and extract moisture from the tank if you have any in there. let me know if this helps any. thanks.

SOURCE: I got a 2008 cbr 600 rr I put 3 new battery on it

Put a charger on the battery for two or three hours. Now start the bike up and use a voltmeter to measure the voltage across the two battery terminals while the engine is running around 2000 rpm. The meter should read around 14 volts. If not, the charging system needs to be checked. If the charging system is working properly then yes, something is draining the battery. You will need to check all the wiring and switches to locate the source.
