Yamaha ttr 90 jet pilot should it be open end to

The pilot should be open. This is to say that if you look through it at a light you should be able to see through it.
I suggest blowing it out with compressed air as well as the hole it fits in. While your at it give all the jets a blow out.
once you've put it back together I also suggest you fit an in-line fuel filter.
This will help to keep the dirt out and save you having ths same problem again
Hope this helps

How much slack dose my

What kind of motorcycle? Dirtbikes require more slack than streetbikes. Normal streetbike operation requires 1/4" up and down for a total of 1/2" from its highest point lifted to its lowest point pushed down. Offroad requires slightly more. This does not have to be exact but for rule of thumb, slightly loose is better than too tight. Hope this helps.

I have a Yamaha 250 4X4 Timberwolf, haven't had it

set the adjustment5 lever to zero tension and then tap the outer brake hub with a mallet while gently prying on the hub, the brake shoes will eventually come unstuck. Once you get the hub off have it cleaned on a lathe and replace shoes if needed, most of the time not needed, then if you will notice the rubber gasket around your brake backing plate is horribly filthy, clean it really goo and smear a litlle grease on to keep it lubed up. the reson your brakes stuck was because the mud and water got past your rubber gasket. DO NOT PRY ON THE GASKET! reassemble and have fun.

Hi, I just bought a stock

Piston rings may be sticking after sitting for so long. It may serve you well to remove the top end, paying special attention to the timing alignment as you do. Visually inspect the piston and rings. ensure the rings can move freely in their grooves. Look at the piston for signs of blow-by. A burned up surface of the piston that extends past the rings onto the skirts. You may simply re-ring this machine and it would solve your problem if you view these problems.

How often do you service a Yamaha Cygnus 125 cc

As a rule of thumb it depends on how the vehicle is used. If it is used in the dirt where there is a dusty condition, 2000 miles or 100 hours would be best. If it is used exclusively around town on the highways and not a lot of city driving 3000 miles or 150 hours would be sufficient.

I have a 2002 Yamaha SR125 and my original Speedometer has packed in. Everything works apart from the mileage. Does anyone know how to wind the Clock back?

This is a highly ill - eagle act to do. In the old days we would put an electric drill on the drive cable, but now they make them tamper proof so they only go one way. The bezels are crimped on so you can't get inside them. I expect modern one may be electronic. How will your insurance company know what mileage you have done? I have never known an insurance cancel or fine due to mileage. You should have just disconnected it when you got close to the limit. Buy a used one and use them for 6 months in turns. There are two or three here 23K and one with 36k https://www.google.com/search?q=2002+yamaha+sr125+speedometer ..
