Take the carb back off and adjust the float in bowl to spec.If you don't have spec just adjust till fuel stops overfowing an go with that.Yeah, it might take a few times.

I have to put my

sounds to me as if the switch on the clutch lever is faulty. to check this locate the switch, disconnect the spade connectors, and use a paper clip to join the two wires together you should then be able to start with bike in gear if so then replace clutch lever switch.

Im still breaking in my

All the parts in your engine are wearing in. Part of the 600 mile check up involves adjusting the valves and the cam chain tensioner (if it is not self adjusting). Chances are the valves are wearing in, the gap is too wide, and just need to be adjusted back to the correct clearance. there are a few things you can do

1 make sure theres a connection between the coil and the plug
2 make sure your coil is working good
3 replace the coil off needed

My 2006 klx 250 won't fire, no fuel in float bowl,

Check the filter screen on the fuel tap for blockage etc. Also check the tap for anything that may have lodged in it and blocking it. Check the fuel pipe too.

2007 KLX250 KAW. Out

the starter hase a loose field inside the starters casing. That will cause the armature to rub and short out the entire electrical system when hitting the starter button. At times it will not in your case therefore the bearing or armature shaft is bent or very worn causing this to happen at times.
