2. Are you getting gas into the cylinders? - are the spark plugs wet after repeatedly trying to start it?
3. Are you getting fire to the spark plugs?

If its a true vacuum leak...mapping might not help...
If you are decent as a mechanic... get some good vacuum hose and replace all of them yourself. If this doesn't help, take it to a professional(better than the last one) mechanic.
Has the bike been sitting up for a while? This would make sense for some of the issues you describe.
Try getting the carbs cleaned/set/calibrated by a pro!!

You possibly sucked something in your fuel system clogging it a bit on the high rev., ?or just Get a new battery too.,.that could just be the issue.,.,

Most likely yes. To be sure check the tire widths, and check how far apart the break discs are. You might also run into issues with wheel spacers, or bearings matching, but given how close these are in years, I would bet they'd bolt up.

FIRST OFF NEVER CHARGE A BIKE WITH A CAR CHARGER ONLY TRICKLE CHARGE NO MORE THAN TO AMPS AND YEAH YOU NEED TO REPLACE WIRING NOW AS IT IS NOW FRIED.

Does anyone no what problem i have?
I`v got a honda cbr 6 rr 05,tiptop condition starts everytime, runs really well. but when i turn off the engine. " like for filling up or just for 5min" It wont start or reluctant to start first time, but 2hrs later starts perfectly again!
can any one solve this problem please.

This does sound like an electrical problem but it is hard to say if it is the alternator itself that is causing this.I would look into having it tested and if it isn't the problem then it could be one of your relays.A few things to check....is the battery still charged when the bike dies, if so the alternator will likely be ok......check all cables and wires (especially the ground) to be sure of tight clean connections.Try those things and see if it helps
