Hello, What is the redline on the tachometer? Exceeding the factory redline WILL NOT get you any more power!! In fact you lose power after the factory redline!! If it will not rev freely to the factory redline in 3 or 4th gear ,, you have other problems!! Take it to a professional!!

STAY with the factory recommendations!! Too much bigger tires will adversely affect the handling... and not give you really any benefits.. IF YOU INSIST.. only go to the smallest NEXT available size - PERIOD!!!

With this much info, its going to be hard to diagnose... Replace all 3 spark plugs with the correct "surface gap" ones. Make sure the battery is FULLY charged! Check the rotor button and the cap for signs of shorting..(dark streaks or smudges inside the cap). The rotor button and the cap condition are CRITICAL!

First - replace all spark plugs with factory recommended. Check the kill switch, If you have had the tank off... check under there for a wire/plug you knocked loose. Then take it to a professional

Little black knob on the front left side, partially out is warmer weather cold start, all the way out is cold weather start.

It only has a kick starter....

1. Yes, this is a major issue! Its not the shift drum cam unless its broken in half. It might be the shift forks, Won't go into any gear? Is there spring pressure in the shifter or does it flop? Is the shifter TIGHT on the shift shaft? I think its time for a professional to look at it.

1. Make sure fuel is freely flowing from gas tank. 2, Take carb to a professional and have him clean and set it - especially the float level.

44 ft. lbs .. use red loctite, and a factory folding lock washer

You go to the dealer and ask them to get you a new key (take the ignition switch, or the bike with you! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HOT WIRE THIS BIKE!!

If you think you can clean and set the carb??.., removing it should be the easiest part!!! TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL!!!

1. Do you have a flywheel puller for this unit? - NO? TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL!!

If this unit has been sitting for a while, have the carb professionally cleaned and set!!

Take this unit to a Kawasaki dealer before it costs you MORE money!!
