2005 chrysler 300c... radio display will flash to the chrysler logo and back to the display of the radio.... radio plays through the flash. any ideas?

No fuse, it isn't a fusible item, it has no load! Where did you dream up this idea? The ding sound and the flashing light is driven by the BCM based on a simple contact in the catch.
