Try wiggling the seat belt receptacle on the drivers side. If not you will need to take it to get the air bag codes pulled so we can look at whats going on. Try beeping the horn also. There is a wire that brakes sometimes behind the steering wheel called the clock spring this also works the horn circuit.

Turn off airbag light

Air bag lights self reset you still have a existing problem during the self test it has detected a open/shorted circuit disabling the system. watch your air bag light then turn key on do not start engine lamp comes on then goes out and then comes back on again. this is the start up initialization of the system and sensor or wiring does not pass the system goes fail safe. with a scanner the air bag code can be read thru the OBDii connector if having hyundai body control software.

Sounds like it could be a problem with the ignition switch. Does the vehicle stall or keep running? Do the lights go out or do the stay on until you cycle the key? Have you tried Turing the key a little back and forth when this happens to see if the problem goes away?

My "Service Engine Soon" light keeps coming on. I

Well the reason for the light could be a large number of things. Without giving the code(s) that the PCM have stored it is impossible to answer why the light comes on. You can go to most parts stores and they will hook up a code reader for free.

As for how much for the air pump, that depends on your areas labor rate. They are not the same where ever you go.

Have it checked by a professional as soon as possible, airbag has a problem wich can be as simple as a short in the wiring or as harmful as the possibility of deploying airbags without any warning. Please take advice.

Air Bag light comes on soon as Blazer is shifted to any gear.

OBDII scanners for the home DIY guy only scan powertrain codes ... and not body codes .... which is where the airbag code(s) would go. Scanners that do both are expensive. I would call a local auto parts place that advertises that they will scan for free ... but ask them if their scanner can read body codes related to the air bag. If they say yes ... I would take it to them and to narrow down your troubleshooting ... since the airbag light can go on for a bunch of reasons and you do not want to just throw parts at it.
