Hi I have a 2001 BMW 520i. It wont start. Stopped whilst driving felt like I had run out of fuel. I have had fuel pump changed fuel filter changed spark plugs coil leads. Pressure tested and fuel is there at correct PSI. NO CODES on the fault reader. Crank shaft sensor has also been ruled out as there is spark. any ideas.....could it be the air flow meter??

Could be failed fuel pump. Disconnect fuel line at engine and turn over a couple times having something to catch gas in. If electric pump don't turn over engine, just turn key to run position for a few seconds. Maybe clogged fuel filter or faulty pump if no gas shows. Change fuel filter and try again. If none, change pump.
sounds like the fuel pump in youre fuel tank at fault try hitting the tank whilst someone cranks the engine ensure its in neutral and cant roll away if it then starts you will need a new pump
