2001 Audi A4 Quattro 1.8. Guys, I have looked for this question even here and I can not get a clear and transparent answer.

You make it sound like it's our fault you can't find it :>D

The start of production of the Audi A4 B5 is 1994. With minor changes, it was produced until 2001. At first, only the sedan version was available, the station wagon (Avant) appeared a year later. This material provides information on relay circuits and fuses Audi A4 b5 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, with an assignment of their elements and locations.

Can't get much clearer than this. Relay 4 is one plus 'Additional Relays 23 and 24. Plus fuse 23 and 24.

How do I check a gearbox on my manual 1999 Audi a4 quarto 1.8

there should be 2 places where you can fill the gear oil and drain the gear oil they are most likely allen wrench fittings make sure you remove the filler one first because if you take the drain plug out first and cant get the filler plug out you are screwed.

Can 2001 a4 quattro low oil light be reset

No, it goes out when the oil level is read to be correct. If you have the right amount of oil in the car, your pressure sensor is bad or you have oil sludge blocking the pickup tube at the oil pump. Run some Seafoam in the oil for 100 miles and then change the oil and filter (or if the pressure light stays on, add half a can of Seafoam and idle it for 20 minutes before changing the oil). Repeat 2-3 times and see if it goes away. If not, change the pressure sensor (on the oil cooler - the aluminum block the filter screws onto). If this still isn't a fix, you need a desludging kit from www.ecstuning.com. If THAT doesn't fix it, drop the oil pan and change the pickup tube and filter screen, clean out the pan, and repeat the Seafoam treatment.

Audi a4 quattro

a rubber one, should be changed at 50-60,000 miles. Audis recomendation is like 90,000 I think but have heard of them going much sooner than that. A preventitive Cam -timing belt job way cheaper than doing it after it breaks and ruins valves and cylinders!
