I have the same issue. and to tell me to look in the owners manual is not a solution. I don't have the manual anymore. This truck is 6 years old now and I doubt many trucks or cars this old still have their owners manuals.

Passenger compartment fuse panel / power distribution box
The fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel by
the brake pedal. Remove the panel cover to access the fuses.
To remove the fuse panel cover, turn the panel fasteners
counterclockwise.
The #6 fuse is the trailer/stop light, it is a 20 AMP
I appreciate all of your help. I really do but your answers are not answering the question. The question is "where is the fuse boxe DIAGRAM" I have located the fuse box but there is no diagram telling me what fuse does what. The fuse box panel show each location of the fuse and designates a number to each fuse but I need to know what each number is designating. Which fuse controls the airconditioning; which fuse controls the lights; etc..
usually there is a decal on the panel that shows what each fuse controls and shows what the amps are. I cannot find that decal. the Fusebox panel not the dash panel but the fusebox panel says "see owner's manual" The owners manual cannot be located. Where on the internet can I find the diagram? Can you help me. Thank you for you help.

The Passenger Compartment (steering wheel) box does 2002 to 2007 according to these. HOWEVER, although the same layout, so do different things depending on the year like this one.
A fuse diagram is available within the fuse box, on the lid of the box. However, if you can't locate it, follow this link to see the diagram and figure out how to place each fuse in your Ford F-350 Super Duty https://www.autogenius.info/ford-f-350-2002-2007-fuse-box-diagram/
The fuel pump relay is in a junction box under the hood. The junction box you are looking for is the one closest of the two to the fender and of the three relays in there the relay closest to the fender is the fuel pump relay.
Also, here is a diagram of the fuel pump fuse. #40 - 20 Amp fuse.
Also make sure to check to see if the fuel pump shut off switch.
The best place to look for a diagram for your fuse block is in your Owner's Manual. The fuse block diagram and the fuse applications are covered on pages 160 through 165.

the fuse for the radio is the 11 fuse (20amps) and its located in the central juction box that's the fuse panel that is located inside of the vehicle. also check for fuse 32(5 amps) fuse 16 (15 amps) and fuse 42 (15 amps) all this fuses are in the same fuse panel and sre related with the radio i hope that this could help you
