SOURCE: need to bleed the hydralic clutch system on a 1993

Should be a bleeder on the slave cylinder. remove the cover on the master and open the slave and let drip until fluid drops sdteady and no sign of air. Close slave and close master after replenishing the fluid. The first time you press on the pedal go slow and release real slow. Then you are off and clutching. Good Luck

SOURCE: HYDRALIC CLUTCH BLEEDING 1993 CHEVY TRK 2500

raise and support vechicle safely.remove slave cylinder.hold slave cylinder at a 45 degree angle.with bleeder screw at it highest point.have a helper fully depress hold clutch pedal.then open the bleeder screw. then close the bleeder screw.and have helper release the clutch pedal repeat the procedure until all of the air is evacuated from the system.keep check on on master cylinder keep fluid level full.to keep air from being drawn through the master cylinder.never release a depress clutch pedal with bleeder screw open.or air will enter the system.

SOURCE: not sure how to hook up plow motor to battery? Its

The heavy + should be connected to the battery through the solenoid for the motor. There should be wires to control the solenoid (an electric switch, you know). The - goes to the truck's frame at a place of your choice. The ground must be solid, you know that, right?

I think if I were doing this install, I would hook the plow ground with the battery ground on the fame or where ever it is located.

The plow control should be mounted for your convenience inside the cab.

Lets review: Plow motor | ground to ground, hot to solenoid (motor side) | solenoid (battery side) to battery | solenoid control wires to cab.

You are probably leaking hydraulic (ATF) fluid.
Check the lines and cylinders for leaks. Replace any leaking lines or cylinders. Always replace them in pairs.
When the leak is fixed...
Behind the rear seat is the motor/pump/reservoir.
With the top down, fill the reservoir with ATF.
Cycle the system a few times.
Repeat till the reservoir will accept no more fluid.
You can change it to a manual top by removing the bolt at the top of the cylinders and lowering the both shafts down into the cylinders.

Fisher Minute Mount 2 plow clicks @ solenoid only no operation?

First make sure you have a good cable feeding the solenoid battery terminal check with a test light if ok, turn the plow switch on and test both sides of the solenoid if there's battery voltage there check at the plow lift motor is it plugged in, if so check at the plow lift motor battery terminal and if it lights your light repair the motor....these motors are know for seizing or getting stuck if you take the cap off you can probably fix it, put a punch mark on the cap, barrel and end frame to ensure alignment when reassembled. I hope this helps. Take Care.

My fisher minuteman 2 plow will go up and left and right but will not go down

Most of those systems don't have a driven retraction on the piston. It is gravity feed back. There is a valve that is sticking or out of adjustment. http://library.fisherplows.com/?cat=38

I just bought a 1986 chevy 1/2 ton with a fisher plow. I hooked up the plow and it won't go up or down, or left or right. The controls work, if I move the pistons on the valve body it still does'nt work....

un bolt the motor from the base, the pickup is just tin, they rot off and fall into the base. you may have valves stuck too, but if nothings moving and pumps running, it should labor BADLY
