I need a wiring diagram for a 1999 3500 chevy van. Because of geing no power to the fuel pump

The diagram is for fuel injectors, the top wire is voltage, goes hot with the key on, any voltage? The bottom wire from injector is ground, controlled by computer. If no ground have to check for rpm signal. Engine cranking, you have spark at the plugs and proper fuel pressure?

i just put a new fuel pump no a 1999 chevy 2500 cargo van,it still will not startit has a 350 in it,can someone help me

The fuel pump assembly consists of fuel pump relay,fuel sensor,the fuel pump controlling fuse,its ECM B fuse. Grey is the power to the fuel pump.
Purple is the power to the fuel level sensor.
One black wire should go to the frame (fuel pump ground).
The other black wire should go to a connector and back to the fuel guage.

Start with fuel system. Listen for fuel pump humm at fuel tank No humm check wiring to pump for power. Then check for spark at plugs and wires. Remove wire from coil and hold near engine and see arch when you crank. No arch. Replace ignition Modular inside distributor cap or cap or rotor

fuel pump relay is under the hood in the fuse/relay box. information is in your owners manual.
