Yes if you look in the book you will find the wire code for the rear buzzer then cut the wire and fit a flick switch in between the cut wires BUT dont forget to turn it back on again after.

yes a universal cut out is simply a relayed switch thats tapped into the fuel pump wiing to turn off pump lot of people use to use them as an anti-theft deterrant

sounds like your fuel pump is bad and not supplying fuel can you hear it run when you switch key to on but not turning engine over
