HI My GN900 wont fire unless I push the fuel cover up when firing

I suggest that you check the firing order of the HT leads or coil pack positions as the firing order may be 180 degrees out.

Did you check the injectors to see if they are firing?

Check to make sure you are getting fire. Do you have fuel pressure. There will be valve on the fuel rail (looks like an over sized tire valve) Turn the engine over a few times and push the center part of that valve on the fuel rail (stay clear) Fuel should spray out. If not its either a bad fuel relay or the fuel pump is bad. If you have both fuel and fire, Then do a compression test on all cylinders.If you have no compression, the timing belt may have broke. Hope this helps

If it really is a miss-fire, you should have a check engine light on and codes for the cylinders.
I would check for that and check the fuel pressure.
You did replace the fuel filter with the pump, right ?

hi, take the fuel line off and turn it over, fuel? make sure you have a fire extinguisher there fuel pump and fuel filter a must, if it still wont run after that then stuck needle valve. Oreally sells a carb rebuild kit for I think. or junkyard cool truck, rare 4x4, keep it

or you have a bad coilthe timeing belt if broke you wont know unless you pull the cover

next time it wont start, spray some starter fluid into the air intake on the engine, if it fires then you have spark, if not.....prolly a spark issue.

I CHANGE CAM AND CRANK SENSOR,FUEL PUMP,COMPUTER BRAIN BOX AND COIL PACK STILL GETTING NO FIRE UNLESS I JUMP A FIRE WIRE FROM BATTERY

you need to see if the plugs are getting fire from the wires.

check fuel pump its in the petrol tank acessable from under the back seat through a cover
