Are the L.E.D. light bulbs the right way around in their sockets???
The ground side of the L.E.D. must go to ground!!!!!
If they are grounded the right way then all the lights will work.
Normal bulbs will work which ever way they are put in.
L.E.D. bulbs will not!!!!

Regards
Geoff

For the I6 engine there is a relay for low beams, it's relay # 46. Switch it with relay #45 (runs the fan, same model relay) and see if your lights now come on. These 2 relays are the only 2 black ones in there (part # 15016745). Also, try to clean the contacts very well on the fuse box and the relay. If not, you may have some frayed wiring in the harness.

By the way, the high beam relay is #43, the gray one next to the windshield wiper relay #42.frontfuses.jpg

Fit new LED head light bulbs to 2016 Mazda BT50

well some cars do not allow that at all. (old easy, NEW HARD)
for sure DRL cars, daylight running lamp.s.
or modern cars with BCM that runs all lamps
and sees lamp currents dead wrong and goes mad.
why not bend the ears of the LED lamp sellers.
or aksk Mazda for help. the design of the BCM is not documented.
on 99% of cars,it a secret.
we have no BT50 here USA, so deeper secrets.

wiki , pains.
Mazda since 2006. It is a larger version of the predecessor B-Series pickup and is not sold in the Japanese and North American markets. The second-generation Ranger has been designed by Ford Australia, with a Mazda derivative sold as the BT-50.
odd al that is. very./

are you DOWN under posting to USA /EUROPE etc on this side of the globe?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mazda_BT-50

ask mazda, ask LED maker
hacking cars can be a long long slog
lacking spec's here.
on some cars if the heads read dead,( zero or super low current)
it assumes lamp is dead and may cycle it over and over in the blind hope the lamp wakes up.
ever drive at night and have all heads die, I have and the cycling saved my life. (even old cars had a thermal breaker that did that)
and stills does but is computer controlled now BCM
body control modules, (and by other names but is same)

2013 Mazda Miata. No low beams. 12V on both wires on low beam, 12V only on positive side on high beams. All other lights work. Checked fuses, relay and passnger side ground wires. I'm stumped.

This is a useful wiring diagram. I would say try swapping the relays over first and see if Low Beams now work and High Beams don't.

Other possibilities are two failed bulbs, or a broken connector. A good test meter should be able to trace this.

circuitdiagram-undefined-undefined-0.jpg It does appear to be a known issue

This suggests the combination switch

Cant find low beam fuse or relay for my 2014 mazda bt 50

you need to install a canbus unit on the wiring of both lights or a resistor to cross over on live and negative. lights will only work if the lighting control unit detects resistance in wiring. some led kits dont have these on the wiring.

Passenger side low beam is dim and high beam does work at all both new bulbs whats the problem?

Some cars have the high and low beam lights on a separate fuse. There is also a relay for the lights.
Try to trace the wires to find the relay. Check all the fuses in the engine compartment.
Hope this helps.
