The fan for the heater right? If so, for the autoclimate control you need to replace the blower motor countrol module. If it's manual controls, replace the blower motor resistor assembly.
Hello: Unfortunately both problems you have can only be corrected by parts replacement. You will have to replace the window switch and the heater/air conditioning (HVAC) control head. There was no GM repair even when repaired under warranty.
Sounds like the blower motor resister to me this piece controls the speeds of the blower motor it should be close to the blower motor on the passenger side it should have wires going to the blower motor very easy to replace.
