Where is the vacuum hose on a 2005 gmc envoy

There are several. They go to the transmission, the idle control valve, the fuel cannister, cruise control fuel pressure regulator and inside to the heater/ ac controls There is a place on the intake manifold where a vacuum hose will connect to that distributes vacuum to all the other places vacuum is needed.

Replace heater door actuator gmc envoy 2003

More than likely stepper motor that operates door is defective. Try tapping on module that controls the door. Dash control may be defective you need a DVM to check electrical power at these outlets, do not use 12 volt test light.

Hello: Unfortunately both problems you have can only be corrected by parts replacement. You will have to replace the window switch and the heater/air conditioning (HVAC) control head. There was no GM repair even when repaired under warranty.

I have a 2003 GMC Envoy with manual heater control. The blower only works on the highest (5) setting.

Most likely the resistor pack has failed. It still works on high because high bypasses the resistor.
