There is only one fuse for the whole stereo unit. The symptoms that you describe are related to a switch inside the unit that sense when a disk is inserted and turn the radio off and the cd player on. It could also be the front end of the radio, especially if it is a Dodge product.

Many of those radios had a secret code which could only be had thru the dealership. So- you had to take it to the dealer who pulled the radio and got one number then that would get you the secret code which you then wrote on the housing of the radio so you don't have to go thru this. Good luck with that.I just love classic foreign cars.

Or you could have a blown fuse. Under the hood drivers side.

Which fuse is the cd player in the fuse box

One circuit is constant power to keep the clock and station pre-set memory maintained. The other is for the radio in general. If the clock works, pull both radio fuses and put them back in one at a time to see which one is constant power. If one of them is blown, you can usually see the wire inside it is burned with a gap. I don't believe there is a separate fuse for the CD player apart from the one for the radio. If the radio works but the CD player doesn't, I'm guessing it's an internal problem.

Radio, CD player, Sync, clock stopped working on my 2008 Ford Explorer

Most likely a fuse. If your fuse box is labeled it will say radio under the fuse. If its not check your owners manual for location of fuse box and radio fuse.

Where can I find the fuses for the radio? The CD player stopped

the cd player and radio should be on the same system or as a whole, it should all be not working, there may have been a short inside the cd player, check all the fuses in the fuse box look for 10amp and 15 amps usually. being a newer car it is odd. you may need to take it in to toyota for a diagnostic check. good thing about the electrics in cars these days is their computers tell you everything.

I have a 2003 town & Country. The radio CD player does not workat all, Everything else works fine. Any Ideas??

im sure you have already checked the fuses. but sometimes one leg of the fuse could be defective. put another one in and see what happens. check owner manual to see what else runs off the same fuse. if all other applances work then its in the unit..this might have a seperate fuse built into the unit...good luck

Replaced battery and now cd modeof radio not working

Is the CD and the Radio in one unit or seperate units? If together, I have no idea but I know what you're saying but if seperate, check the fuse (see PG 345 of you owners manual for fuse location) - Also, does the CD not work entirely or does it accept a CD then display an error on the screen "No Disc" ? If that's the case, it's just a coincident and not the fact that a new battery caused the problem, take it to Chrysler if under warranty or replace the unit with an aftermarket, My CD mode works only when it wants to and has already been OEM replaced once, I've pretty much given up on it but my unit is a GPS with the radio and six CD player combined, not much I can do if I wat to keep the GPS I suppose

Hope this helps

My radio in my grand am woulnt display anything anymore but the radio still works fine along with the cd player can i fix this?

There may be a seperate fuse for the display, but I doubt it. If you shine a flashlight at the display it may become visible. Mine does.
