BACK OF RECLINER POPED AND WENT DOEWN ALL WAY; FOOT REST DID NOT MOVE. BACK WILL POP AND COME UP AGAIN, BUT IMEDIALLY GOES BACK DOWN.

It sounds like the inside of the recliner knob is stripped out. If you go to your local GM dealership and give them your VIN number they can order you a new one. Here is the removal and installation directions.
Driver or Passenger Seat Recliner Handle Replacement Removal Procedure

1. Use a flat-bladed tool to remove the plastic center cap from the center of the recliner handle.
   
   
2. Pull the recliner handle off the shaft.

Installation Procedure

1. Install the recliner handle on the recliner shaft.
   
   
2. Push the recliner handle firmly onto the recliner shaft until fully seated.
3. Install the plastic center cap into the center of the recliner handle.

I would have a dealer check it out

The dealer I used in the past, has a seat specialist come
in on Wed only, around 5:30 after the service bays close
& one service writer hangs out until that person fixes a
couple vehicles seat issues

The lock is likely stripped.This often happens when too much pressure is placed on the seat back and damages the ratchet mechanism.I would recommend replacing the seat frame

depends on where you hear the noise.. could be a brake caliper sticking or a universal joint going out or has went out in the drive shaft. while driving does it make the noise constantly or just when taking off?

Under the the arm rest should be a couple screws. Remove them and the arm rest. The window roll up handle has a clip behind the base of handle and will need to be poped off. Unscrew the door lock button that you push down to lock it. The panel should now pop off by pying along the edge. There are little clips undernieth that pop out. Reverse the process to replace. went to move my seat forward on driver's side and seat back flipped forward and now does not lock. What to repair?

sorry but its a hole cable. did it pop off or did it break. if poped off losen bolt and put it back on and tighten bolt.

you will have to take off the top dash pad first. its not too hard just take your time. there are several small bots/screws for the dash pad, in the glove box, and pop off the side panels on the out side of the dash, the part that the door closes against. also pop off the defroster vent and if i remember right there are a couple in there to. the dash pad will need to be poped up and lifted out. then just look around the plastic molding you will see more bolts holding that down, just take your time and make sure you get them all. i missed one and broke a small bit off of mine, but ot still went back in fine. it is a little tricky getting it from around the instrument panel and the steering wheel. but like i said its not hard just take your time.
