I have a 1992 oldsmobile eaighty eight I can't find anywhere that the coad reader will fit my car. Is there a way to check if a o2 sencer is good or bad?

Mixture solenoid Quadrajet carburetor? I might start in that neighborhood if it has that carb. Quite cantankerous if not in freshly rebuilt and operating mode. Can cause more than mild symptoms. All your electrical connections and engine/body grounds in good shape? Trying to rule out ignition breakdown so you can focus on fuel delivery, which is my suspicion in this case. Check power connection by fuse panels under hood just below the center of windshield

You can reach it through the engine compartment over the top of the manifold. I tried from below and it's very hard. On top you can use a breaker bar and get plenty of muscle into it. it's reallt tight I suspect. Again, reach all the way over the engine through the engine compartment.
