Volkswagon polo p reg engine overheating and coolant leaking also heating is not working.

hi, its a good chance the head gasket has gone and also the thermostat will need checking and also the water pump.
if the water pump or the thermostat failed then this would cause the engine to over heat and blow the head gasket.

If your doing the work yourself then get a workshop manual as you will need it for the head bolt sequence and also the torque settings and timing marks for the timing belt.

Let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok

My car is not firing right,

when your engine breaks a timing belt it bends one or more valves in the engine cylinder head, that is the problem, u have bent valves.
