RESET YOUR PLAYER AT DEFAULT SETTINGS. SWITCH IT OFF. SWITCH IT ON AND INSERT CD. GIVE THE PLAYER TIME TO READ. DON'T PRESS ANY BUTTONS TILL IT COMPLETE IT'S READING. IT WILL PLAY THE CD.
ALSO CHECK CD'S ARE BRANDED AND NOT COPY FROM COMPUTER. FEW COMPUTER WRITE CD NOT HAVE AUTO PLAY OPTION.
one thing is that there could be a cd stuck in the player or the cd your may not be readable by that player like a data disk or mp3cd-rw try another cd if that doesn,t work it may need to be cleaned.
