If it was a coil you would have a short missing a car a jerking sensation and it would be obvious and you would have a check engine light that you could decode that with. What it sounds like is either crank position sensor or possibly a weak fuel pump. But either one of those is going to have to be put on a scanner and viewed, you won't be able to figure that out by looking at any specific thing without scanning something.
Does the car hesitate when getting off the gas or does the car shake when driving? Is it slow to gain momentum if so then you need to check your spark plugs wires and if you don't have wires it will be coil pack coil pack is on the 3rd spark plug
Are any codes coming up check engine light on is it running very hot ? Could be failsafe mode from overheating

I was going to say crank sensor, but you changed it. What have you done to it latley? Or did this just start? I kinda want to say PCM for some reason. Any welding done on the car latley?

Yes. First, in the fuse block under the hood check INJ A fuse and INJ B fuse. INJ A fuse is circuit 1039 which feeds the coil. If the fuse is OK, replace the coil electrical connector. I stock 2 of these at my dealership because they are needed quite often.
FYI P1351 is an ignition coil control circuit DTC.

My 2000 Bonneville did the exact same thing. It's the mass flow air sensor I'm almost 100% sure this is what your problem is.
