A Clymer Guide or similar manual will show you the wiring schematic. Should be available online, or in your library.

SOURCE: I need to locate and replace the multi function switch

My turn signal flasher was located to the right of the ash tray, I looked around the column for HOURS and it wasn't there... I also have an 93 oldsmobile cutlass ciera, it drove me crazy because the manual wasn't correct.

Turn signal is blinking too fast after changing to LED bulbs, can I slow them down??

Hey Ronald, Try reseating the LED Bulbs. Depending of the bulbs a polarity change might cause them to flicker faster.
The original bulbs were working off a flasher or relay already. Put Hazard signals On see if the same thing happens. Or simply get the original bulbs back in.
You can also try calling the manufacturer of the LED light bulbs with the model number.Let me know what happens.
Good Luck,
JP

2001 grand am. Both turn signals hyperflashing after changing the flasher swith

You should have the wrong flasher here.
I just learned there are now 2 different turn signal flashers.
One is for the old incandescent bulbs, one for the new LED bulbs, and the newer one one will not work on the older one, and I suppose the visa versa is true.
Remember too, the if the bulbs front and back are both identical in brilliance, that is a good sign, but be sure to also check the ground wires.
God bless your efforts.

LED are more efficient than incandescent bulbs. You will need to install a resistor to each bulb.

Turn signal blinks fast. Were is the flasher located?

Probably not the flasher unit...when one signal blinks fast, (front or back) the opposite (front or back) bulb us usually bad...bad bulb, dirty connection, or wet...Hope this helps.

Where is the flasher unit for the 2012 Equinox?

I believe another way to stop hyperflash is to wire a standard indicator unit & bulb in the flasher circuit to fool the flasher unit - fit it somewhere obviously accessible but not visible outside the vehicle(under bonnet probably)

Need to find out where the flasher for the pasenger side turn signal is located

There's only 1 flasher for both turn signals. If pass turn signal is out, either front or rear bulb is bad.
