If you are talking about the rack-and-pinion, yes it is fairly complicated. Check YouTube. You will need a front end alignment afterwards.

first and it's sort of obvious... make sure the motor is off.... look for a cap at the front of the motor where the fan belt is... may even be labled power steering ... you add the fluid there

Whenever u have problem with Honda, there are 3 items u should look into first: Ignition Coil, ICM and main relay.
If your car cranks and will not start period, and u have checked sparks and compression...etc, the chances are its either your ICM or Ignition Coil. If your Honda starts sometimes and dies sometimes and 'experts' keep telling u its your transmission, fuel pump, fuel filter, starter, distributor...etc, before u spend any money, you should takeout your Main Relay and check(very carefully) for hairline(extremely fine) crack(s) on the soldering. If u see something looks like a crack, then u have found the problem. Get a new relay or resolder it yourself.

For your power steering issue, if you have replace the power steering kits already, may be u still have air in the system and u have to burp your system by removing the power steering reservoir cap, turn the steering left and right to pump air out from the system. Good luck.

1st check the PS fluid level, if that is ok you have a defective rack and pinion steering gear, u will need to have it replaced and then the front end re-aligned.

The fuse for the Electronic Power Steering (EPS) is marked "EPS" and is located in the underhood fuse block on the left side of the engine compartment. It is an 80 Amp fuse. If this fuse was blown as a result of jump-starting the engine, something must have gone terribly wrong! Like - maybe the cables got hooked up backwards or something? You probably have some serious computer system damage...I would get prepared to spend some BIG BUCKS!

Check wet sparkplug and dry applying air with a compressor.

test and check for a misfire wrong.

Peel back the carpet on the driver's side and check for water stains. If you have stains along with trouble codes C0475 or P2138, you'll have to fix the leak in the roof channel and possibly replace the module or the motor. Check this service bulletin

You may be entitle to a campaign about ESC/steering module relearning, what happens if you leave the key in the ACC position for 2 seconds without starting the ESC is disable until you restart the vehicle.
