It's on the Primary Fuel Pump Module inside the tank.
On both the 2.4L and 3.0L (and most likely the 3.6L also), there are *two* pump modules inside the tank. The Primary is the one with more connections on it. It also contains the Fuel Level Sensor. This is why it has two electrical connections.

There is not an external fuel filter. The fuel filter is in the gas tank. You might as well do them both.

There is nothing listed on Fram's web catalog but if you go by any GM dealership, you can either buy it or ask the partsman what the part number is and then use the cross reference guide on the website to get a Fram number, or any other manufacturer. All of them have cross guides. It's unlikely that GM has designed a completely new filter for this vehicle, but it is possible. If so, it will take awhile for the aftermarket to catch up.
