SOURCE: ignition switch

well try and turn the ignition swithch with a pliars or screw driver since its allready wrecked you cant do much more harm. If that works then look just on the bottom side of the ignition switch there will be a small hole turn key off and use a drill bit and push up with some pressure and start turning the key on the lock clynder should come out when doing this.

SOURCE: remove glove comartment

Hello mrock107, my name is JShreader. Thank you for choosing fixya.com.

First, remove the Glove Box and Glove Box Frame. Then release the wire harness from the clamps on the evaporator. Remove the filter lid, then pull out the A/C filter assembly from the evaporator housing. I uploaded a picture for you in .pdf format showing you how to get it out. You can download it by clicking HERE. I hope this helps you. If you have any more questions or need any more diagrams, please don't hesitate to ask...Thanks again, JShreader!

SOURCE: TAURUS KEEPS BEEPING FROM GLOVE BOX AREA

The beeping noise is coming from the airbag module located behind the glove box. It will require a trip to a mechanic to get the issue resolved.

1996 ford taurus parasitic draw test - test light on when everything disconnected pulled fuses under the hood till light went off its the 40AMP jct / BLK fuze was wondering what that fuze was and if there...

Yes, there would be a fuse box inside car. Either driver's side at kick panel, or passenger side in the glove box or underneath at the kick panel. When you find it, put that 40 amp fuse back in and continue with your test. I don't know what that junction block fuse is for. Surely someone will post it.

Glove compartment will not open

glove compartments usually have a key to lock them. use your spare key or your ignition key to try and unlock it. if this is not the case something must be jamming it. try to open it without forcing it. maybe something jammed it shut.

Constant beeping when opening door to exit van

Good news. After letting the van sit for a few hours, when I went to get in it again, I opened the van with the key (ie. not the remote fob) and there was no beeping. I don't know if checking all the fuses (I fulled and checked each one), or disconnecting the battery, using the key, or just letting it sit did the trick, but it is now fixed.

Loud Beeping noise when the car is started

If you are using the smart key and you do not have it in the ignition, it will send a signal thru the car speakers to let you know that the keys are not in the ignition(beep, beep, beep, beep), and that they are to far from the sensor. Next time you are driving and the keys are in your pocket, pull them out and wave them around the speedometer. It will notice keys in car and the beeping will go away.
