In Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014, after updating the Uconnect I'm facing a lot of problems like radio is not working,phone not connecting,no volume,media USB is not reading,etc.Please suggest me what to do

It's in the engine compartment IOD#2. It's a black module with two fuses in it. Take that module off and replace the 20 AMP one.

9 time out of 10 it is the phone not the Uconnect. Try to pair a different phone on the device then see what happens.

check jeep.com/uconnect just to make sure the model is ok. Sometime your cell phone provider can update the software to make it work better with the device.

unplug the battery and wait a few min, this will reset the computer and the u conect will work...
