Hi Jennifer! I'm very familiar with this problem, the fan clutch is a known problem with our I6 engine. While your fan may slow down as it get warmer, it's still engaging a little. Here's what I'd do first, check the connection on right side of fan shroud, unplug make sure all looks good, and clean connections. Clear code with a code reader and see if the code comes back on. If it does, replace your fan clutch, AND get one with a lifetime warranty. Also, after new clutch is installed, and you start to hear clicking (common), switch the clutch out for another one. Replacement is very easy to do for a novice, no you do not have to drain coolant. Do yourself a favor and cut a notch in the fan shroud where the top radiator hose is, so the entire shroud comes up and out easily, otherwise, you're in for a long day. I usually use a large crecent wrench for the big nut and slam it with a hammer to loosen large nut. If that doesn't work, borrow a fan clutch tool from someone like Autozone. Down on passenger side shroud, there are two transmission lines, just snap them out of the shroud, no need to disconnect. After you've taken the large nut off, you can slide the whole assembly, shroud and fan clutch up and out. You'll then need to remove the fan clutch from the actual shroud. With it all removed, do yourself a favor and replace your water pump, it's right there and it's cheap. This is a very common problem with our platform, don't hesitate to ask questions, I've done this many times on a few of my Trailblazers (exact platform and engine as Envoy).
It could be the relay, but that is unlikely. It is easy to check by swapping the relay with another relay in the box. For example, I swap with the horn relay.

That code represents a lower than expected reading for temperature (coolant). First thing to do is check your coolant level, as if it is low, then the sensor can not read correctly. Second, you may have a thermostat that is stuck open, allowing the coolant to cool off too much. The sensor should be mounted on top of the engine, near the thermostat housing.

The sulfur content in the fuel is contaminating the contacts of the sending unit.
Some people have had good luck with some fuel system cleaners solving this problem. The cheap stuff doesn't seem to do the job.
Not that GM isn't completely exonerated from fault but the gas stations don't do a very good job of watching what the stations sell.

if fuses are good, check for power at blower motor, when truck is running and a/c on. the resistor and the switch provide ground, so the blue/white wire should have power, and the blue/black wire should have NO power, if it does have power, then most likely the resistor is bad. if it has no power and the motor doesnt run, the motor is bad.

You will need to replace the fuel level sensor which is in the fuel tank. They have a lot of problems because the metal fingers on the sensor wear off and gives you the incorrect readings. This will also cause the check engine light to come on.You will probably have a level sensor code. This will be a lot easier if the fuel level is down to about a quarter tank or less. Also you should be able to get just the level sensor and not have to get the complete fuel pump module.Good luck.

This is a safety feature that the vehicle brings. You need to reset the E.C.U on dealership or it will keep doing it to you. It was probably caused by one single time that you did not closed the fuel cap correctly. Good luck
