It sounds like you have some bulbs burned out in the cluster and cruise switches. I don't think you can just replace the bulbs in the switch. You can replace bulbs in the instrument cluster.

check out rockauto.com i have found most all parts for my saturn vue 04 v6 3.5l fi. go to the parts catalog and select ur year, make, model, and engine.

Run around from who ?
Have you checked the three fuses under the speedometer for power ?
The instrument cluster gets power from F2-22, F2-32, and F2-33.
F2-32 is a 10amp fuse, the others are 15amp.

Here you go. Under hood fuse block
Ign. Fuse E
and
ipc/dic
both fuses are 10 amp

pull the console out and check connections if the connections are good you may need to replace the instrument cluster.
