Check the plunger switch. Most of them just snap in to the side of the dash.Un plug wires to see if light goes out, could also be your dome light switch.

1994 Chevy Cavalier battery dies and light won't come on indicating

Bad battery! if it goes dead while just sitting. A good battery should last for weeks if not months as long as there isn't a constant drain on it.

1994 Chevy Cavalier runs rough with a bunch of codes

code 24= VSS defective or circuit faulty
Code 15= ECT sensor indicates low temperature
Code 66=A/C pressure sensor circuit fault, probably low pressure
Code 19=Fuel pump circuit shorted

I would start with the fuel pump wiring. If it is shorted, the pump may run but not put out adequate pressure due to the voltage drop across the short. Look for some pinched fuel pump wiring. I think you probably fixed the coolant temp sensor (15). The vehicle speed sensor (VSS, no. 24) will cause a host of problems if not working right. The car basically thinks it is standing still and won't give you enough fuel.

1994 chevy lumina van. It will start and idle but stalls when gas

Try replacing the throttle position sensor. I had the same problem in my truck. It would start and run for a bit but as soon as you let off of the pedal, it would die. Try it and see if it works.
