It means the engine fuel air mixture is incorrect. Too much air makes lean fuel burn. The computer will try to adjust by enriching the fuel air mixture. At some point it reaches a limit and kicks a code. Check for sources of intake or vacuum leaks.

the p0300--p0301-p0302=p0303 are misfire codes and can mean needs tune up or wiring problem and p0171 is system to lean bank 1 with this code if you correct it will probably correct the misfire codes your receiving

I'm afraid I don't have enough info to tell you how to fix the P1451 but I'm certain it's the cause of the other two codes.

Your O2 sensor is starting to go bad .recomend replacement before it gets worse

If the code comes back after clearing it, check the spark plugs (not an easy task). My 2000 Expedition had fouled plugs....the 5.4 has a bad head design with recessed spark plugs.

sounds like it , the sensor should be on the exhaust somewhere,whith wires on it
