I have no experience of your model but the fuel pressure regulator is generally fitted to the fuel rail or in some cases close to the rail. Later cars tend to have the pressure regulator integrated into the fuel rail.
The valve regulates the fuel working pressure and sends surplus fuel into the fuel return line. This helps to cool the injectors and reduce vapour locks. Mostly the regulator also increases the working pressure during acceleration in order to richen the air/fuel mixture and it does this by monitoring the intake manifold depression via a vacuum line.

On throttle body, on end of throttle shaft, opposite throttle linkage.
Have you tried rotating the tires front to back to see if the vibration changes ?

there is a black hose on the passenger side of the on top of the motor there is a black plastic on the end is the pvc valve just pull it out of valve cover and pull out of hose

Yours is under the intake plenum. It has to come off to replace it.
