From my dealings with these cars in my job the on plug coil for the cylinder that is misfiring is favorite. or a partially clogged injector but unlikely. hope this is helpfull.
Could be carbon build up, common in later model cars. May also be a timing chain issue at that mileage, especially if oil changes have not been done on time. Too many other possibles to list. Seek a competent technician.
If it misfires cold but not when hot the fault is not the coil packs, if they are breaking down they will be worse hot. you need to put a scanner on it and pull off the fault codes. check your battery also.
