Your brake light switch is faulty,replace it.

sounds like you may have to replace the acctuator that controls the air.I would advise you let a garage mechanic do it because there is three of them and they need to be cycrinized to work proper Jeff

can you hear the fan blowing? If not the fuse may have blown for the blower. A water leak into the fan chamber can cause this.

check for broken or disconnect tubing under dash.

Defrost has been stronger on all types. Just the way plenums are made. Clear that wind shield first. As long as you have plenty of heat to keep the cabin area warm to hot, it's OK. I wouldn't woory about it.
