Do you hear any humming when the button is pushed? or any noises? If you do, then the Regulator is broken, and will need replacement. I would recommend getting the part from the dealer, Aftermarket China parts are ****. (dorman)

My back window wont roll up at all

if there is a pause from when the motor starts to when the window moves it is a worn or faulty window regulator, the motor not starting when you press the up on the switch could be a bad switch, if you have a meter check for voltage at the switch when you press up.

problem can be the door switches or the tracks
On most vehicles all of the motors get power from the master switch in the drivers door

I have a 1990 Mustang with power windows. When i first got the car the windows rolled up and down fine, then the passenger one started going up slower than the driver one. When i needed to fix my power locks i had them change the window motor in the passenger side. Now the passenger window rolls up faster than the driver one. The problem is the window motors.......and about the motors still running: the switches probably need to be replaced as well. I can almost guarantee this will solve your problem:)

if the driver window is electric and you dont hear any noise, maybe some obstruction caused the small motor to overheat and the fuse blow. if so, check fuses.

if the door handle is the way to roll up and down your window, then you have to tight it down. it normally its done with an small bolt and just tighten it down.
